Duplicate check on Authors First Name, Last Name and Email
If the first name, last name and email address are not changed no duplicate record is created.
If one of these values is changed a new record is created. This is to be expected, e.g. Tim Smith, Tim Smyth, and Timothy Smith would be treated as different people.
