attendees who viewed sessions live and responded to post-conference survey,
certificates of attendance will be issued approximately 10 days after the
conference.
If you were unable to attend a session live, but watch the session recording, you are eligible for section 2 credits with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Section 2 credits do not require a certificate of attendance and need to be self-reported.

Through lectures and small group workshops, day one of the conference will explore current issues in contemporary pediatrics with an emphasis on up-to-date evidence and practical management approaches. Day two will address challenges and controversies in pediatric rheumatology, providing the most current information from experts in the field.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration Deadlines & Payment
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the completed online registration as well as the payment in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. The online registration can be completed by clicking the button “Submit” at the end of the form. Should a deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
All registration fees must be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
Registration Cancellations
Registration cancellations received in writing at bcpeds-registration@venuewest.com before or on June 30, 2021 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received on July 1, 2021 and after, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
Registration Transfer
Attendees wishing to transfer their registration to another person, must contact the Conference Secretariat by email at bcpds-registration@venuewest.com and provide contact details for the replacement including their registration ID that can be found on the confirmation email. Substitutions are accepted until October 15, 2021.
Registrants wishing to transfer registration on October 16, 2021 or after, will not be eligible.
It is the attendee’s responsibility to make sure their system complies with the requirements recommended by the Conference Secretariat and test their computers prior to the start of the virtual event. Login details will be provided to attendees approximately one week prior to the start of the conference.
