We ask for your personal data to communicate with you on matters related to the activities of the Association, and facilitate your registration for the BCSRA Shows. Your data might be shared with third parties strictly for the purpose of organizing the Shows. Third parties are required to permanently delete all personal data received no later than 30 days after the end of each Show.
Venue West Conference Services Ltd. (BCSRA Secretariat) will store your personal data in the BCSRA Member Database. If notified by you, we will agree to fully delete or anonymize any personal data immediately on receipt of the notification.
You retain the right to ask us about your personal data, to withdraw your consent, or request that we anonymize your personal data at any time, this includes any third-party agency details have been provided to.
