The 38th International Geological Congress invites you to submit proposals for Field Trip Excursions.

Proposal Submission Deadline: December 1, 2026.

Field Trip Details

Please enter the title of your field trip proposal. 

Please indicate where the field trip will take place (include city, region/state if applicable).

Please indicate the approximate duration of the excursion (number of days).

Please download the budget template, complete all required fields, and upload your finalized cost sheet as part of your field trip proposal submission. Ensure all expenses are clearly outlined and the file is saved using your proposal title for easy identification.

Please provide a short description outlining the purpose and key activities of the field trip.

Please indicate the maximum number of participants who can attend this field trip.

If my proposal is accepted, I consent to the field trip description being published for IGC programming purposes, including on the website and in the program.
