Welcome to the IOHA Portal for Professional Development Course Submissions
The International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA) and the Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists (CRBOH) invite you to submit Professional Development Course (PDC) proposals for IOHA 2027, taking place in Montreal, Canada, from October 4–8, 2027.
Professional Development Courses will be held on Monday, October 4, 2027.
Applicants may submit proposals for either:
- Half-day PDC: 3–4 hours, including one 15- or 30-minute coffee break.
- Full-day PDC: Approximately 8 hours, including two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch (e.g., 9:00 AM–4:00 PM).
Proposal Submission Deadline: September 1, 2026
Proposal Notifications: End of September, 2026
Please note that this submission portal is for Professional Development Course (PDC) proposals only. The abstract submission portal for conference sessions will open on September 1, 2026.
Facilitator Honorarium
Accepted facilitators will receive an honorarium in recognition of their contribution. Facilitators are responsible for any expenses associated with course delivery, including travel and accommodation. Facilitators may choose to donate all or a portion of their honorarium to support conference registration for participants from low- and middle-income countries or students.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- All proposals must be submitted via the Online Submission Portal no later than September 1, 2026.
- Proposals must be submitted in English only.
- No changes can be made to the proposal once the submission deadline has passed.
- Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
- All facilitators must be registered and paid participants.
