Invitation Letter for Visa Application

Please indicate whether you require an invitation letter to support your visa application to enter Canada. To receive an invitation letter, you must pay your registration fees in full. It may take up to 5 business days for the letter to be emailed to you.

Lower-Middle & Low-Income Countries

You are eligible to register under the lower-middle & low-income country rate if you currently study or work in a lower-middle or low-income country and/or are funded by an institution in a lower-middle or low-income country as recognized by the World Bank Country and Lending Groups Classification.

To qualify for the lower-middle & low-income country rate, please upload either a copy of your government ID clearly showing your photo, name, and nationality, or a letter from the institution you received funding from confirming they have granted you funding for the Symposium. (Your registration will not be processed without this documentation).

Social Functions and Tours

The Welcome Reception is included in your registration fee. For planning purposes, please confirm if you plan on attending the events by selecting the delegate ticket. You can add guests. If you are unsure at this point, you can log back in later to confirm.
Tours are only available for purchase for Symposium delegates. Seats are limited.

Payment

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discovery, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay and Visa), bank transfer, e-transfer (Canadian bank accounts only), or cheque. Currency exchange charges, bank collection fees, and credit card chargebacks are the responsibility of the delegate to pay.

Credit Card Payment
Credit card is the preferred method of payment and results in an instant confirmation of registration. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services. You will receive an invoice and receipt with your registration confirmation email. 

Bank Transfer/E-Transfer/Cheque Payment
You will receive an invoice with bank transfer/e-transfer/cheque payment instructions with your registration confirmation email. 

Important Notes

  • Delegates must include their name, 'ISWAVLD 2025', and invoice number on their bank transfer or cheque payment
  • Invoices are payable within 21 days of receipt, or before the first day of the Symposium if the registration date is less than 21 days prior
  • Proof of the bank transfer or cheque payment must be emailed to iswavld2025-registration@venuewest.com
