Attendance to the Video Otoscopy with CO2 Laser Workshop is an additional cost to attend.

Important Information

• A valid credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation. The expiry date must be valid through 04/26 (after the conference). Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and you can cancel your hotel room up to forty-eight (48) hours before arrival without penalty.

• If you need dates that are unavailable or require changes to your reservation, please email navdf-registration@venuewest.com. 

• Bed type requests can be made but are not guaranteed until check-in. 

• A confirmation email with your booking details and confirmation number will be sent to you 1-2 weeks before the conference.

• You can log back into your registration until Friday, March 27, 2026 to book a hotel room, depending on availability, if you’re not ready to book one now.
