Invitation Letter
Please indicate whether you require an invitation letter to support your visa application to enter the United States. To receive an invitation letter, you must first pay your registration fees in full. It may take up to five (5) business days after receipt of payment for the letter to be emailed to you.

Do you want to be considered for an Open Doors travel grant?
The Society for Ecological Restoration’s SER2025 Open Doors Awards Program offers applicants need-based travel support and a conference registration waiver. The program is intended to help minimize the cost barrier and increase accessibility to SER World Conferences. The Open Doors Awards, though limited in number, help SER expand inclusivity and participation across diverse geographies, cultures, and areas of expertise.
The deadline to submit applications for the Open Doors Awards program is 14 February 2025.
