Invitation Letter

Please indicate whether you require an invitation letter to support your visa application to enter the United States. To receive an invitation letter, you must first pay your registration fees in full. It may take up to five (5) business days after receipt of payment for the letter to be emailed to you. 

T-Shirt Size

As part of your registration fee you will receive a branded Conference t-shirt when picking up your name badge onsite.

Provided below is the t-shirt size chart, there is no difference between men's t-shirt and women's t-shirt.

The Society for Ecological Restoration’s SER2025 Open Doors Awards Program offers applicants need-based travel support and a conference registration waiver. The program is intended to help minimize the cost barrier and increase accessibility to SER World Conferences. The Open Doors Awards, though limited in number, help SER expand inclusivity and participation across diverse geographies, cultures, and areas of expertise.

The deadline to submit applications for the Open Doors Awards program is 14 February 2025.

FIELD TRIP #5 - Exploring cultural connections and ecological restoration through bison herds at a Denver Mountain Park

This field trip will take place at Daniels Park, located about 25 miles south of Downtown Denver. 

Recommended gear: 
Layered clothing (Colorado this time of year can be chilly in the mornings and quite hot during the day, so layers  are suggested to help regulate temperature), hiking shoes you don’t mind getting dirty, sunhat, sunglasses, backpack, water bottle,  sunscreen, snacks.

FIELD TRIP #6 - Multi-objective stream restoration though collaboration along the St. Vrain Creek

The field trip will travel a length of St. Vrain Creek from Lyons, CO, a small foothills community, to  Longmont, CO, a growing city of nearly 100,000 residents. 

Recommended for field trip:
Long pants, long-sleeves and layered clothing, sturdy closed-toed shoes, sunhat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle. Transportation is provided between sites, but walking within sites will include on-trail, gravel paths as well as off-trail terrain on uneven ground. Lunch and bathrooms will be provided at the third stop, Pella Crossing.

Registration fees can be paid by credit/debit card. Currency exchange charges, bank collection fees, and credit card chargebacks are the responsibility of the delegate to pay. There could be a foreign exchange fee, as the card processing company is in Canada.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Credit card is the preferred method of payment and results in an instant confirmation of registration. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services. You will receive an invoice and receipt with your registration confirmation email. 

RETURNING USERS
If you made a change to your existing registration that has incurred a refund and you paid via credit card the refund will be processed back to your credit card shortly and your changes will be acknowledged by email.
