STUDENT DELEGATE

$800 EARLY BIRD (ends April 15, 2022) 
$1,000 STANDARD (ends July 6, 2022)
incl. access to all  scientific sessions, the welcome reception, and entry into the Exhibition Hall

Tickets for the Conference Dinner need to be purchased separately at $165 each. 

Add a guest room at the conference hotel for just $249/night. 

Pre-conference workshops can also be booked upon completing the conference registration. 


Payment
All registration fees must be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), bank transfer, or EFT (Canadian bank accounts only). Any bank charges incurred (including credit card chargebacks for challenged registrations) must be paid by the sender and not the Organizer or the Conference Secretariat.

Credit card is the preferred payment method and results in an instant confirmation of attendance. All transactions will appear on the credit card statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services. Attendees who wish to pay by bank or e-transfer will receive an invoice by email. Invoices are payable within 30 days after receipt, or before the first day of the conference if the registration date is less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted until Monday, April 18, 2022. Registrants will receive a full refund less a CAD $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received from April 18 – June 01, 2022, will receive 50% of their fees refunded. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat no later than the above date by emailing iomac-2022-registration[at]venuewest.com. If payment was previously made by bank transfer, the notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Registrants wishing to cancel after June 01, 2022, will not be eligible for a refund, however, transfer of the registration to another delegate is acceptable for a fee of CAD $50.
