Halifax Convention Centre
The majority of the meeting space for ISVEE16 will be located on Ballroom Level, the 5th floor of the Halifax Convention Centre. The Ballroom pre-function space will house the registration desk and a few steps away from there will be the Welcome Reception in the Ballroom Salon, overlooking downtown Halifax. Ballroom B2 will accommodate the Keynote and Special Sessions, Ballroom B1 will house the poster boards and Ballroom B3 will be the hub for all lunches. Breakout rooms 501-507 are located behind the registration desk and breakout 612/613 is directly at the top of the escalators, one level up on the Summit level.
If you are not sure where a room is located, check the directional signage or simply ask one of the staff or volunteers.
