Student Delegates

In order to receive the Student registration rate, you need to upload a copy of your Student ID on the registration platform. 

Field Tours 

All field tours take place during the afternoon of Tuesday, October 4. Registration includes a boxed lunch and transportation (if necessary). Accompanying persons may register for the field tours. For full descriptions of the tours, please refer to the field tours page here.

Please note: If the minimum attendance is not met for a certain tour by August 26, 2022, CUFC 2022 reserves the right to cancel a field tour at this time with a full tour refund to the registered participants.

Pre- and Post-Conference Activities

Pre- and post-conference activities will take place before and after the conference. Accompanying persons may register for activities. For full descriptions of the activities, please refer to the pre- and post-conference activities page here.

Please note: If the minimum attendance is not met for a certain activity by August 26, 2022, CUFC 2022 reserves the right to cancel an activity at this time with a full activity refund to the registered participants.

Payment Information

Credit Card Payments Online

Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer details will be sent upon registration.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

COVID-19

CUFC 2022 is following the Government of Canada guidelines and the Province of Prince Edward Island guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. As per current guidelines, all delegates are required to be fully vaccinated with one or more of the vaccines approved by the Government of Canada and the Province of PEI. You will have to provide proof of vaccination and a piece of valid government photo ID at the registration desk to get access to the meeting area. If you provide a false statement about being vaccinated during registration, you will not be able to enter the conference venue and you will not be eligible for a registration refund.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Organizing Committee and the Secretariat for CUFC 2022 cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted until August 26, 2022. Registrants will receive a full refund less a CAD $100 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to cufc2022-registration@venuewest.com no later than August 26, 2022. Registrants wishing to cancel after August 26, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund. Registration transfers to another person are permitted until September 19, 2022 with a CAD $50 administrative fee.  Registration transfers must be submitted via email to cufc2022-registration@venuewest.com.
