Cancellation Policy
Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Individual Guest Rooms may be cancelled up to 4:00 pm two days prior to the initial arrival date of the Guest Room reservation, without penalty. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours from arrival will result in charges to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No-Show Reservations: Guest Room reservations where the Guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled by the Hotel and the party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged an amount equaling one night of the confirmed Guest Room Rate plus applicable taxes.
Early Departure: An early departure fee equaling the confirmed Guest Room Rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to the party which has guaranteed the reservation for Guests departing before their confirmed departure dates. Guests will be exempt from this charge if they change their departure dates prior to their reserved arrival date or at the time of their check-in at the Hotel.
Guest Credit Policies: The Hotel requires a valid credit card and valid identification to be presented at check-in. The hotel will pre-authorize the credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for your entire stay, plus a reasonable reserve for any potential incidental charges or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. At check-out, if a guest chooses to pay by means other than the pre-authorized credit card, the pre-authorization will be removed by the credit card company as per their individual policies and procedures (please check with your credit card issuer for their current policy and procedure regarding pre-authorizations). If a guest does not have the ability to produce a credit card at check in, they may instead prepay their entire stay and a reserve fund to cover any potential incidentals. In this case, the reserve fund is returned at check out, if no additional charges are pending.
